Niche Strategies Bermuda is a communications strategy agency based out of Hamilton, Bermuda. I have been providing writing, copy editing, and proofreading services to their clients, which include the following organizations:
Bermuda Center for Creative Learning: Annual Report 2024-2025
For the second year in a row, I was asked to copy edit and proofread the Bermuda Center for Creative Learning’s Annual Report. I flagged issues in consistency, data, and visual elements such as infographics.
Nonprofit Alliance of Bermuda: Copy Editing White Paper on the Corporate Income Tax
I was asked to copy edit a draft of the Nonprofit Alliance of Bermuda’s White Paper on the Corporate Income Tax. They needed the document reviewed quickly and, as a result, decided fact-checking was out of scope. Since then, I have edited their upcoming Annual Impact Report for 2024-2025.

Early Years Nurturing: Proofreading Early Childhood Development One-Pager
II was asked to proofread and provide design feedback on a one-pager for parents and caregivers. During my proofread, I noticed that the organization’s logo (which was newly designed) contained a typo. I notified the organization immediately, and they swiftly addressed the issue.
George Brown College — Editorial Skills Program
I joined George Brown College’s Editorial Skills Program in May 2023. I was grateful to take courses taught by established editors such as Berna Ozunal, Edward Fenner, and Kristine Thornley. In each of my Copy Editing, Proofreading, and Structural and Stylistic Editing courses, I received a grade of over 90%.
